• The minimum callaout charge is 1/2 hour. Billing increments are in 1/4 hour chunks from there on.
• When you speak to our technician to make an appointment, they will estimate the time needed to complete the job, so that you will know the cost before hand.
• If, once on the job, the technician can see that the job will take longer than estimated. This will be discussed with you, before proceeding.
